Suppertime for Ponies

Here is Cecil eating dinner last night in his stall in the barn. He is always the first to come in from the pasture in the evening because he loves his grain and hay. After all, why eat the free grass in the pasture when you can have the expensive hay and processed feed?
And this is his less flattering view - his many faces crack me up

Peyton is sitting next to me, as I am looking at your blog. First thing out of her mouth was, "I want the horse for my birthday." She is taking after her Aunt Kim. We really are going to have to spend time out with you guys, so she can play with all the animals.

You guys are welcome anytime - Cecil has been giving beginner riding lessons and he has also done a pony ride for my friend's 3 year old - he is just quiet as can be and so careful with little kids! Though it might set an expensive precident...
