Garmin's improvements

Garmin has gained probably 100 lbs since he arrived, he has had his feet trimmed twice, his third trim scheduled for next week, and is much happier and brighter in general.  He used to look as though he was trying to disappear into the fencing, now he happily approaches people looking for cookies.  He follows me around the paddock on his own (no halter or anything) and even tries to boss the big horses around sometimes.  He had the vet look at his teeth and do a dental, I was right and he is barely 5 years old.  He is blind in his right eye (cataract) but none of this stops him from being the cutest pony on the place.  We have started some light training and he LOVES the attention.  I can't wait to give him his first bath and see how he shines up!
